New Boston Rail Trail Cleanup

Writer's picture: Troop 99 Troop 99

This weekend Troop 99 assisted with the cleanup of the New Boston Rail Trail.

The scouts relocated large rocks to accommodate wheelchairs, rebuilt fire pits at the camp sites, and did trail maintenance. They also filled in a pot hole that was a trip hazard for people running on the trail.

This service project counts towards a requirement for the National Honor Patrol Award which both Patrols are working towards.
