"A Scout is Helpful."
In late November, Troop 99 had the opportunity to help out two elderly neighbors with yard cleanup. The scouts jumped at the chance to assist a member of our community. A quick morning was spent raking leaves and picking up yard debris.
The troop is exploring options to expand on this community service for next year to other neighbors in need. What is a few easy minutes for young men to accomplish can certainly be a hardship for those unable to do it.
